  • Contact details (communication-related and occasion-specific contact details especially like name, email, company, and address, phone, if provided by the user)

The website operator has in place data security procedures to limit access to your personal data to those who must access it in order to fulfill the purpose of its collection, such as responding to your inquiry or sending you periodic emails with information you have requested.

We take technical and organizational security measures to protect your data, which we store and process in our company, against manipulation, loss of confidentiality, destruction and against access by unauthorized persons. Our company's security measures are continuously improved in line with technological developments.

5. DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS

OPPOSITION TO PROMOTIONAL EMAILS:

We hereby expressly prohibit the use of contact data published in the context of website legal notice requirements with regard to sending promotional and informational materials not expressly requested. The website operator reserves the right to take specific legal action if unsolicited advertising material, such as email spam, is received.

The “News” and “Insights” newsletters are sent out on an irregular basis, when there is content considered valuable by the website operator to deliver, that is appropriate to the expressed interest of the recipient.

When you register to receive our company's newsletter, the data you provide will only be used for this purpose.

In order to check that the registration is actually made by the owner of an email address, we use the “double opt-in” procedure. For this purpose, the order for the newsletter, the dispatch of a confirmation email and the receipt of the response requested are logged. The basis for data processing is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, which allows the processing of data necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller. Our legitimate interests for example might be to prevent unauthorized access or hacking activities or to warranty the security of our website and systems. Moreover, we will store such data for a limited period for the above-mentioned reasons.

Our webpages use cookies. Cookies do not harm your computer and do not contain any viruses. Cookies help make our website more user-friendly, efficient, and secure. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer and saved by your browser.

This website does not use third party tracking tools. The website uses HubSpot analytics and the tracking used by HubSpot is explained in the Section 9: Cookies.

11. SOCIAL MEDIA PLUGINS

This website provides links to the website operator’s social media profiles on LinkedIn and Twitter. The website does not transmit any personal data to these social media platforms when those links are used.

12. AMENDMENTS

We may be obliged to update our Privacy Policy Statement from time to time. Updates of our Privacy Policy Statement shall be published on our Website. Any amendments become effective upon publication on our Website. If you are interested, you may visit our website on possible updates. Nevertheless, we are not obliged to inform you about any update of this statement.
